How We Hire at Tolmar

Step 1: Apply
- Current Job Openings: Explore a variety of current job openings available on our careers page. Use filtering options to narrow down job positions by category, location, or job type for better matches
- Complete Your Profile: Create an account and fill in your profile with accurate personal information, work experience, and qualifications to strengthen your application. Resumes are optional, but highly recommended.

Step 2: Interview
- Scheduling Interviews: HR will reach out to schedule a phone or video interview to perform an initial screen via email. All emails will come from an @tolmar.com email. Additional in-person or video interviews may be scheduled by HR to determine the most qualified candidate for the role.
- Behavioral-Based Interview Questions: Hiring managers may ask questions about your technical experience and may ask behavioral based interview questions to help determine how you have handled past experiences.

Step 3: Offer Stage
- Verbal Offer: If selected for the role, you will receive a verbal offer from a member of the HR team.
- Written Offer: After a verbal offer, a written offer will be sent to you via email to confirm offer details. Please note, you will never receive an offer letter before starting the interview process. If you do, please report the suspicious email to itrequest@tolmar.com
- Background Checks: If the offer is accepted, background checks will be performed after you have given permission.
